It all began with one woman’s idea.

Meet Emily and Josh Beck — high school sweethearts from Wauseon, proud parents of four amazing kids, and the heart behind Wildcat Nutrition and Fitness. Their journey began in 2010 with a wedding, grew with a family, and took an energizing turn in 2017 when Emily discovered Herbalife. What started as a search for more energy to keep up with her kids turned into a life-changing mission to help others feel their best too.

Together, Emily and Josh have poured their passion into empowering the Napoleon community—one tea, shake, class, and smile at a time. From the original Wildcat Nutrition Club to Southside fitness classes, surprise tea deliveries, and the ever-growing Wildcat Fitness Center, their vision has always been simple: help people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected.

And now, a dream is coming true—soon, Wildcat Nutrition and the Wildcat Fitness Center will come together under one roof! Until then, we invite you to move your body at Wildcat Fitness Center (620 Trail Drive) and fuel up at Wildcat Nutrition Club (1015 Welsted Street) with energizing teas, high-protein shakes, and clean, healthy meals.
